Refunds/Returns Policy

Refunds/Returns policy:

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for you.

Please email with ‘Refund/Returns’ in the subject line and outline your issue. If the item  you’ve received is faulty in any way, please also attach a couple of photos.

Refunds are issued at Poppets Pre-Loved’s discretion and will be offered once the product has been returned to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the postage on the returned item, and we do ask that proof of postage is obtained (just in case it gets lost in the post!)
